I’m obviously not looking to read a company’s mission statement or watch their corporate culture video before a buy, but I’d like to know how long they have been in business. This adds a bit of credibility to me.
I like to know who I let in my garage, so to speak. And it’s comforting to know the company you just bought from has been in business for X amount of years. That gives me comfort in knowing that they will be around next year.
If you Google their name or this model of jack, you will mainly find places to buy it. Fortunately, you will also find a lot of glowing customer reviews for this product.
You will also find lots of sites and bloggers listing this as the best, or among the top 10, jacks you can buy today.
Another concern is the lack of warranty. That’s not ideal, so buyer beware there. It’s heavy duty enough that I can’t imagine why you would need one, but I suppose you never know. Some feel better with a warranty. I don’t. But that’s me.
